• Integrates home care devices like glucometers to capture remote patient reported data, thereby providing continuum of care visibility to care teams
• Provides real-time data analytics, population health oriented dashboards to identify alert conditions, pre-emptively take action and route tasks to available staff so to achieve goals with less resources

We have a proprietary multi-specialty knowledge base (MSK) called Reya MSK for AI, built from many years of real-world field deployments of our applications across various specialties.
MSK acts as a digitalized structured, clinically oriented content and metadata repository of over 2000+ conditions, 300+ symptoms, and tens of other clinical objects each deeply nested with multiple attributes. This allows us to uniquely language chain, pipeline generative AI LLMs to deliver better contextual personalization upon queries
