July 2014 to August 2015At Aptean, I walked into a world of massive systems and walked out having redefined the UI/UX across six of them. Starting as a Project Engineer, I grew into a Senior UI/UX Manager, leading design revamps across CRM, ERP, and SCM platforms.
It was my first time in a massive global machine — but somehow, I made it feel human. I learned the art of managing teams, redesigning legacy, and turning enterprise into experience. This is where I found my rhythm as a leader, a systems thinker, and a UX advocate — and I’ve been on that beat ever since.

Nobember 2013 to July 2014 | Full timeGoing from startup chaos to a brand like Google Betaworks felt like entering the big stage. I was still writing code — but now it powered experiences seen by thousands. New processes, new polish, same passion.
It was like switching game modes. Suddenly, I was developing mobile and web apps with more tools, more teammates, and… meetings with calendars that actually synced.
It was my first ride with a well-recognized name, and with it came sharper code, broader impact, and a front-row seat to how polished products are built. The learning curve? Steep. The growth? Even steeper. -
July 2013 to October 2013 | Full timeMy journey began in the fast-paced, wonderfully chaotic world of startups — as an Android & Hybrid Applications Developer. Think tight deadlines, lean teams, and infinite learning curves. I wasn’t just writing code; I was building apps that made it into people’s pockets, and picking up real-world problem-solving skills faster than you could say “debug.”
That scrappy beginning taught me more than any textbook could: how to think end-to-end, adapt on the fly, and turn “impossible” into “shipping on Monday.” It was less about job titles and more about impact.
